Nobody should celebrate the announcement that Attorney General Eric Holder will be leaving the administration this year. Whoever replaces Holder will be just as radical and ideological. What the replacement will enjoy, however, is a clean slate. Some will naively assume a new attorney general means a fresh start and an attorney general better than Holder.
Dont fool yourself. The best thing that could happen for President Obama is for Holder to go and be replaced by someone just like him. Hell get the good without the bad.
Holders replacement will be just as radical as Holder. Weve seen it over and over. Replace the radical and lawless Hilda Solis at Labor with the even more radical and lawless Tom Perez. Replace Leon Panetta with the certifiable Chuck Hagel.

Just hope that Ginzberg lasts until 2017! Or at least until the first of next year provided that the RINOs retake the Senate and change the rules back. “Justice Holder” would be the final nail in our country’s coffin.
It just makes covering Holder’s (and associated unindicted co-conspirators’) back trail easier and less traceable back to Holder and minions.
Waco ain’t over ‘till it’s over....
There's only a couple of people that could be worse. Jamie Gorelick would be worse. Seth Waxman would be just as bad. Both of them were also Reno proteges, like Holder.

No one could be worse than the Mistress of Disaster...
I might get zotted for this, but I say just track Holder’s whereabouts; whether he leaves or not—whether he is replaced by an entity worse than he is...track his whereabouts.
Why wuz the ‘H0 in Sweden the other day?
Assange, who has been holed up in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London for the past 18 months, is wanted in Sweden on allegations of sexual assault. Assange has claimed that is a front to allow him to be extradited to the United States to face charges for releasing thousands of classified documents.
According to Professorsblogg, Holder may be hoping to receive assurances from Swedish authorities that they will follow any such U.S. extradition request, as the Scandinavian country has always done in the past.
Assange went on TV last month to attack President Barack Obama, after the president had announced plans to reform the U.S. government's surveillance programs. "It is embarrassing for a head of state to go on like that for 45 minutes and say almost nothing," he said during an interview with CNN. "
Reno Holder Waco.
Depressing piece, but I’m sure J. Christian Adams paints an accurate portrait of the rabid leftist partisans at the DOJ. He had to work with those people.

Exactly. Even political ninnies know Holder's in danger of being impeached. The likely successor is Chuck Schumer's protege, hatchet man Preet Bharara, who as Charles Hurt puts it is "the snapping jaws of Attorney General Eric H. Holder's junkyard attack dog and the velvet fixer of President Obama's thorniest political problems."
He'll be given a "honeymoon" period by Republicans and media to do his worst. As the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, he's "always ready to swing the ax for the administration," as Hurt puts it. Be careful what you wish for!

Nah. Preet's the next US Ambassador to India.
I thought Preet was hated by Indians over that young female Indian diplomat that was recently arrested and cavity-searched in NY.
Ewwwww…
That was my point. I forgot the <sarcasm> tag.
Preet, in his effort to preen his prosecutorial prowess, only succeeded in embarrassing the Obama Regime on the international stage. Not that that's hard to do.
