Remember: The law passed in March 2010. It was to go into full effect on Jan. 1, 2014. That means the administration had almost four years to get its ducks into a row. Four years. That was more time than it took us to win World War II, which we fought across three continents, a bunch of islands and two oceans.
And yet here we are, four years later, and the administration has spent the past six months effectively rewriting the law for both political and practical reasons.
It shouldnt be able to do this, because it is, you know, a law. The president doesnt write laws. Congress does. He signs them and its his job to implement them. If he cant write laws, he cant rewrite them either.

But he’s got a pen and an ego...
Hopefully there won’t be enough of them left to even form a quorum. I expect all the Congressional Black Ca-cas to be back, though, and they’ll never vote against the Kenyan.
Nah, they won't have the votes and the Republicans won't have the balls.
Not just Obamacare. There is not a single facet of the Obama Regime or Agenda that doesn’t SUCK and BLOW. I would add that this could also be said for the entire Libtard/Socialist/Marxist movement that has infested our country. And I do mean INFESTED.
Obummer himself sucks and blows. Ask Larry Sinclair!
Wow. Now that’s what you call a lurid description! He Blows AND he sucks. That’s just the way people talk these days. I heard Hannity use that exact description on the air today. I actually wish he would not. May Hannity has “I wanna-be-COOL-itis”.
He can’t re-write them but his minions in the agencies that oversee the law have been empowered by congress to write all of the regulations to implement the law!
Enforce the damn law! (See my tagline)
It is way past time for TERM LIMITS and San Fran Nan is a prime example.
Asserting that Pelosi is capable of knowing anything gives her way too much credit.
