My father retired from the Navy after 20 years at the age of 37. I think that could be defined as still “working age”. He is now 82 and has been collecting retirement for 45 years. He also had several well paying jobs after that.

Sorry, but any idiot who thinks that we should be saving money by reducing benefits to those who put themselves in harms way (Whether they were involved in an active war or not) is nothing but a sniveling coward and needs to be called out.
