Dang I wish I could vote for them both. Is Stockman also running for his house seat just in case he bombs out for the Senate?
Nope. Stockman is going full tilt to knock Cornyn out. Former Harris County Tax Assessor and Tax Collector, Paul Bettencourt is running for the seat vacated by Stockman. Bettencourt is a great guy and will be a fabulous replacement in the House.
The key for now is to force a run-off.
