With their powers combined, they are the Uniparty!!!!
We have many articles about them today. Just look for “Uniparty” keyword.

Anyone still clinging to the delusion there is an opposition in DC is either to stupid to be involved in politics or working for the enemy.

Think of it this way:
Cruz forced McConnell and Cornyn to publicly back Reid and 0bamacare against the Republican Grass Roots.
Just like Boner in the House.
The Leadership is now in full revolt against their caucuses, constituents, and parties.
CRUZ WINS THE SET!

Since the NYT can’t seem to get anything right, allow me to fix their headline: “After G.O.P. ESTABLISHMENT RINOs Step In It, Senate Votes to Continue and Expand Generational THEFT”

The only peaceful way this is going to end is a forced divestiture of fedgov assets to pay off the debt much as we did after the revolution. Wyoming, fiscally sound, could do a good job of running Yellowstone National Park. Maybe the same situation with Arizona and Grand Canyon, Utah and Zion's, etc.
Beyond that, who knows? There would be an awful lot of surplus office buildings, especially in DC. Maybe they can convert them into hotel rooms for people coming to see some of DC's jewels like the Smithsonian Museums.

Perhaps even surplus states. A few come to mind.

If GOPers in Texas, Kentucky, and S. Carolina send those fools back to the senate, I hope to Christ to never hear any bitching from people in those states on anything ever again.
We will find out soon how many engaged conservatives are left. I have my doubts because so many people are disgusted and just tune everything political out. Mitch and Cornyn and are counting on the uninformed Republican voter to carry their sorry behinds over the finish line regardless of how they govern in DC.

We did have a primary. I voted for Santorum. Then I voted for Romney vs Obama. So not voting would have been better? That’s crazy. Primaries are for trying to get the ideal candidate. When it comes down to a communist vs an American businessman and former governor, I take the latter. I didn’t have a choice, and not voting isn’t an option.
