If a business reduces employees to less than 100 and then refuses to swear as to why it did it, the freedom of speech case would put a few more twists into Mr.Pretzel(aka John Roberts).
THIS IS A DICTATORSHIP in all but name. The spinate and congress are the willing roman senate to this nero. The constitutional republic we are supposed to have is dead.
This ruling has every intention to shut up any opposition. If you are made to swear, under penalty of perjury, that any decisions you have made are not the result of obastard care then you can NEVER speak out against it.
If any of you or anyone else does not recognize that we are at war for the survival of the Republic and that we are losing you are not paying attention.

And that will be too late to do any good and they know it.
The courts will not do any good because they are allowing the damage to be done and get worse.
It is like a poor fellow I know that got stiffed on a very expensive remodel and build out using massive Cherry Wood moldings, counter tops, stairs and such. You can file a mechanic’s lien but you can’t collect a dime until the place is sold. Too late to do any good because you’re bankrupt.
In our case you can file all the lawsuits you want but at the end of the day the Republic dies.
There is no law requiring an employer to sign this. There is no penality to compel their signature. Their only possible jepordy would be if they did sign it.

I heard that in passing at lunch today...And no one he apparently has talked to has a clue what to do about this...
When that appears to be the case, I feel like there is something the people need to do, yet, there are not enough of us with the political courage, much less the legal knowledge to fight back...
But, we’ll always have that mechanism when we determine that when such government becomes abusive to our freedoms and liberties, we are given leave to change that and start over...
I kinda like the original system, I would just be satisfied to fire every single one of these 535 (is it?) plus the 9 on that bench, because they sure as hell aren’t doing their job either...And just start over...
I kinda hope they go kicking and screaming...That will make it easier...
But hey...What do I know, right???
I did some looking and the law says the President has the authority to make adjustments/changes to this law up to 12/31/13...
So all those changes he made up to that date puts him pretty much in the clear...We may not like it, but the wording in the law allows him to do this...I don’t like it either, but that’s the law...And people like us, as Rush says believe in the rule of law, even if the law is bad for us...
So...The one time after that date he starts doing this again, he is breaking the law, and they are hedging their bets that no one will call them on this...
Its called impeachment...This crime of malfeasance does meet the requirements of high crimes and misdemeanors...So, if anyone has a congressman or woman with the political courage to file another charge on this president...

I think this is fair game now...And we are not playing games anymore...
Lets see how far we can push our dunderheads up in D.C. to step up to the plate again...
