This sounds to me like he is saying that this will be another law he will refuse to enforce. Democrat county clerks will continue to allow anybody to vote without fear of reprisals.
I cannot think of one good reason for doing so. But perhaps if I were a democrat, I could think of at least 101.
That’s often that first free “hit” of the dope. You know, they just give it to you to get you hooked. Then comes the demands later when you can’t get along without it.
A majority of the STATES’ problems with this rampant tyrannical Federal Government is due to money. If they don’t take their money, learn to live without it, the STATES can tell the Feds to go pound sand in most cases. This is particularly true for schools.
States should not accept money from the federal gangsta...and we should stop paying the fed gandta anything..I would bet if we dried up their funds they would attack us militarily.
They should all be arrested for fraud.
I personally feel the founders had it right that only land owners and males should have the right to vote.

Holder is only preparing for his own future and hoping that when (if ever) he gets out of prison, he will once again be allowed to vote.
IMO, he should NEVER get out of prison.
He just wants to vote in the future and ensure criminal blacks continue to vote for rats and communists... which are the same thing in reality.

If murderers, rapists, and child molesters voted overwhelmingly for republicans, does anyone honestly think the NAACP would be spending time and resources registering them them to vote?

Now, if we still can't trust them with the vote or with firearms, then they should still be in prison.

Once the time is served, you should be a free man again.
Not surprising future felons are a big voting block for democrats!!
So do you also think once a child molester serves his time he should be able to teach elementary students!!!
Only if you become a felon, Mr. Holder, will I consider restoring voting rights of felons.
Worse than that. The felons will be used as thugs in protests, rallies, meetings, etc. It is part of the communist/fascist playbook. They will toe the line or risk going back to prison.
I would venture to say that Republicans are thin on the ground in prison. Not unheard of, perhaps not rare - but certainly unusual.And why wouldn’t it be that way? Republicans as a party stand for the absolute legitimacy of private ownership of property as a matter of principle. Democrats, not so much.
