INSIDE EDITION EXCLUSIVE:
AT HOME IN ALASKA WITH SARAH PALIN ON HER 50TH BIRTHDAY
She says theres still so much I want to do I need to do.
Airdate: Tuesday, February 11, 2014
New York, NY February 11, 2014 Inside Editions Jim Moret visits with Governor Sarah Palin at her home in Wasila, Alaska as she celebrates her 50th birthday.
Palin tells Inside Edition how she feels about turning 50.
PALIN: Uh oh, its going to start sinking in here pretty soon that its real Look at all I want to do that I need to do.
MORET: Like what?;
PALIN: "It mostly revolves around family. Making sure everybody is happy and healthy and relatively well adjusted, successful, hardworking. I want to make sure that my kids and grandkids follow suit. There's still so much to do for the country."
When Inside Edition asks Palin if she would run for President if she were asked to, she responds:
PALIN: If enough people have that faith in you that youre willing and able to put your country on the right path, I think that person should absolutely consider it and make sure its good with family.;
However, Palins daughter Piper doesnt appear to share her mothers sentiments.
MORET: Piper, what do you think of your mom as President? [Piper nods no.]
Palin also tells Inside Edition that she doesnt buy Govenor Chris Christies claims that he wasnt aware that his top aides shut down the George Washington Bridge.
PALIN: When I was Mayor and manager of this city, and then Governor of the state, certainly you know what your top aides are up to.

I have so much appreciation and respect for Governor Sarah Palin that I decided to get a nice female dog and name her Sarah.
However, a friend pointed out that that might not be perceived as showing respect.
So out of respect for Gov. Sarah Palin, I now have a beautiful female borzoi named.....Juneau...after the capital city of Sarah’s state.
Juneau is the prettiest pooch in all of Omaha.
I hope Sarah runs for Senate but I would not lose any respect if she did not.
If I get to be on your jury, I’ll push for not guilty.
There ARE a few 50 something women you just DON’T kick out of bed for eating crackers.
Call me a pig, I’ll own up to it. Always have, always will.
