He’s right. The media is all in, the GOPe is behind him too.
Given that alignment, the Tea Party is nearly powerless. And if someone in the Tea Party should get traction, there is the NSA, IRS and DOJ to slap that individual down.
The law is whatever he wants it to be.
Congress may as well pack up and go home.
