While it would be simply ceremonial and wouldn’t have the force of law, I’d like to see someone like Cruz introduce a “resolution of no confidence” in the President, listing the many, many unconstitutional edicts that the sheeple may have little knowledge of. Such a move might at least get some broadcast time, which would be a good thing.

If they can introduce resolutions praising American beekeepers and honoring 100-year-old grandmas, they can surely introduce a resolution like this.

the no confidence vote is there in article III section III that no person in rebellion to the constitution can hold any public office without 2/3 of the congresses permission.

i hope we can institute it.
