It has taken a number of years to figure this guy out but NOTHING he does is without a detailed plan.
Remember how they decided to NOT block the Supreme Court case on Obamacare?
We all got excited that it would be thrown out.
The real story is somehow, they KNEW a year ahead it would pass the Court.
I suspect Ginsberg told Pelosi through channels that now was the time to strike.
There are still enough honest democrats to keep Holder off the SC...
Obama might push for it, but democrats are willing to go out on a limb for Obama... fewer every month.
Supreme Court?
Hillary’s VP?
Senate Seat?
Remember it was Reagan who gave this guy his initial fed appointment....
