If you mean the one with Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren the people doing the killing were FORMER agents and they were doing it to prevent a corrupt VP from becoming president
That’s the movie but I’m referring to the CIA not the retired CIA played by Willis. In REd’s beginning the CIA guy offed some business guy.
