There were over 800,000 without power on Wednesday; I think it's down to 300-400,000 now. Crews were being brought-in from as far away as Michigan and Oklahoma to handle all the damage.

There are parts of York County which look as bad as Slovenia's recent ice storm. I was in several of the pockets today, and it was ugly.
