The joke isn't that he's showing concern about our government's growing drone air force.
The joke is that he imagines himself as some top notch conspiracy fighter hiding from a government determined to take him out and he's hiding at 23° 30' 57.08" N 109° 28' 41.17" W.
Ventura was using a figure of speech. He knows that Uncle Scam has his address. He knows what Uncle Scam's capabilities are. He just doesn't want to live under the blanket of constant surveillance that is being draped on America, land of the free and home of the brave. Is Mordor on the Potomac watching all of Mexico, too? Probably not but who knows.
Who in their right mind wants to be under the watchful eye of this criminal Administration?
