Tea Party Leader Filing Ethics Complaint Against Dem Rep...good - I watched those hearings today and it was clear that Cummings had taken on to himself to ask this woman all sorts of questions which, first of all, were none of his business, and second, should have been asked through proper committee channels if asked at all - it was clearly done to intimidate her into silence, and when asked about it Cummings used his time to pursue his questions with her, assuming the holier-than-thou role of fighter for the disenfranchised, instead of the focus of the hearings which was abuse of power by the IRS. And then one of his puke-'rat cohorts on the committee had the nerve to claim that Cummings had been "attacked" when some on the committee criticized his actions - what a totally reprehensible bunch Democrats are......

Cummings was given thouse questions by his 'handlers' and was tasked directly with attacking this women to try and get sound bite they could use for propaganda.

I suspect that their is a legal team at the DoJ that is tasked with this stonewall and it is coordinated with the ministry of propaganda in the White House.
