Actually, I like Romney. He’s not perfect but for a lot of folks on this thread, no one is.

If Romney's in --

-- I'm out.

I want to vote "against" everything Romney stands for. Name me one thing Romney actually stands for, promotes, had advanced, that hasn't been expanding government intrusion into morality, personal health -- and don't give me his empty prattle about business and enterprise. The man is demonstrated as looking to government regulation for every solution. You can vote for that if you want to. If I wanted to vote for that, I'd be a Democrat.

If what Romney has been and is, passes for you as "Republican," then one of us is in the wrong party.

No one is looking for a perfect candidate. There are no "purists." There are a LOT of people accusing others of looking for a perfect candidate and of being purists.

Romney is a good, honest, honorable family man. That’s a good start. He’s opposed to Obamacare and wants it replaced. He believes in the states making decisions regarding things like charter schools, health care, education, etc. In other words he is not big government like the dems. That’s all I can do without coffee and research. Thanks for asking. Oh, and he’s not Hillary. As a woman of about the same age, I’m embarrassed by Hillary.
