During a lecture on sexuality and gender last semester, I characterized myself as a male lesbian to my students (mostly college freshman and sophomores). Some of them are still trying to figure it out.
If you really want to confuse them, say you are a trans-transgender man - a man, who wants to transition to a “woman” who really wants to be a man (who loves women.)
