Who cares what Mark Levin is against, he doesn’t live in Arizona.
The next thing to do is arrest the ATF bozos and dump them in the desert, without food or water, and tell these morons to fend for themselves. Make sure the drug cartels know where the drop point is. Problem solved.
Of course, but he is influential in the tea party movement and his opinion counts.
I'd like to know whether he supports this pro-2nd Amendment effort by AZ legislators.
No idea what Levin thinks about this particular case of nullification, however...
We need both nullification AND COS. Nullification is great applied for various offensive cases. It can do its job more quickly, and apply corrective force to runaway feral govt in specific instances.
COS is also needed as a more blanket remedy to the feral govt’s abuses, to correct whole swaths of govt overreach. It is like nullification on a grander and more lasting scale.
Nullification can be applied now on short notice, and repeated and repeated....
COS will take a couple of years, and will give more quantum leap relief.
I can hear the howls now from the Libs who back “sanctuary” laws for cities and states & refuse to enforce immigration laws.
I guess Levin wouldn’t support it, not that it matters:

(Arizonans are apparently “neo-confederates”)
A rebuttal:

AZ passed a Firearms Freedom Act several years ago (announcing that NO federal laws applied to intrastate guns). This is complementary, affirming that even in the case of interstate guns, only federal laws compliant with IIA are valid. Now if this passes, an interposition bill would be a good next step.
Church of Satan? Conspiracy of Silence?
Convention of States, or Amendments Convention
Ah, gotcha.
