Who cares what Mark Levin is against, he doesn’t live in Arizona.

Of course, but he is influential in the tea party movement and his opinion counts.

I'd like to know whether he supports this pro-2nd Amendment effort by AZ legislators.

No idea what Levin thinks about this particular case of nullification, however...

We need both nullification AND COS. Nullification is great applied for various offensive cases. It can do its job more quickly, and apply corrective force to runaway feral govt in specific instances.

COS is also needed as a more blanket remedy to the feral govt’s abuses, to correct whole swaths of govt overreach. It is like nullification on a grander and more lasting scale.

Nullification can be applied now on short notice, and repeated and repeated....

COS will take a couple of years, and will give more quantum leap relief.
