Data mining operation that had identified the NYC cell of 9/11 attackers in 2000. Because of information walls that had been put in place by the Clinton administration, the Able Danger operation was unable to work with the FBI. In subsequent hearings, five key witnesses were ordered not to testify by the Pentagon. Able Danger data was later destroyed.
