They have had this technology and systems for at least 30 years. My dad worked on the systems and I remember him talking to me about them when I was a kid. Obviously was a bit of forward thinking back then and not as sophisticated as the modern systems will be.
If these could be switched on during fog driving to prevent the idiots from stopping their cars while driving in fog I’m for it.
I realize your comment was probably mostly tounge in cheek, but I'm amazed at how easily people rationalize acceptance of the police state.
I don't care if this system were able to successfully prevent every single accident that might otherwise have occurred. It's still a bad freaking idea.
