It may be she is opposed to abortion but does not feel comfortable to use the full force of govt. to force that viewpoint on every other woman in the country.
If one believes that abortion is murder, there should be no hesitation in using the full force of government (that is government instituted by human beings to enforce such laws against theft, rape, larceny, vandalism, thuggery, assault, etc.) to prevent the “practice”.
