First caller was a whining sportsfock named Ron.
He was complaining about the Obama/Baxter interview and how it was inappropriate on a “football day”.
Rush got the point out that FOX used the captive audience to promo Baxter’s show, that AP claimed Baxter was asking “Republican questions” and that Obama could now say he answered those hard questions...move along, nothing to see here.
What he didn’t say, is that millions of unsuspecting sports-morons, who would never have seen it otherwise, were exposed to the political interview, and saw the manchild dictator spin, deflect and lie in response to direct questions.
I truly think O’Baxter sucks, but nevertheless, that interview is the only thing that happened this weekend.
Who is she? Opera singer?

It was good I was at my church all day yesterday between grouplink and the superbowl party.
I was listening while taking Buford on a walk, or ice scating session, around the neighborhood. Today is garbage day and we were forced into those stupid 90 gal containers last year. I hate them with a passion!
So, as Rush was taking the Yakima call and gave us the trivia that this all started in Yakima I had to stare at about 26 of them for 3 laps around the block! Thank you very much Yakima for giving us these crappy things!
Yeah, that's the one just went through here day before yesterday.
...and guess what's going on at The Homestead today? Snow and cold, supposed to stay like that through Wednesday and great big ol' winter storms stacked up behind this one all the way to Siberia. I'd guess that means you're going to get Storm One for a couple days, one day's relief, couple more days of "my" current weather and then at least two more major storms at 3-5 day intervals after that...
Don't put away that snow shovel. Got a hunch Spring's going to be delayed a skosh.
...I'm beginning to wonder if I'm ever going to take that new Big truck outta four-wheel drive.
I heard the Bloviator on with Bill Hemmer this morning and he (Bloviator) said the "real" meat of the interview will be tonight on his show. What a p*ick! Why didn't he show it when he had the audience on SB Sunday?
