There are two ways to win a football game. One with talent. One with inspiration and determination. It’s safe to say that Tebow did not have an awful lot of talent. You wouldn’t put him in the top twelve quarterbacks of the season....when he was playing. So, what he brought to the table was inspiration...pure and simple. He could drive the entire team to do what had to be done. Most teams, we’d all agree on this....win with talent. Rarely does a team make it to the Super Bowl....with mostly inspiration (very rare). From a team-building mentality....I’d hire for talent, not inspiration.

Tebow had all the raw capabilities and there may have been one or two things he still needed to learn for the NFL, but he basically had all the makings of a superior NFL quarterback and the learning curve would have been over by the beginning of his second season. He singlehandedly led Fla. to a national championship victory over an Oklahoma team led by Sam Bradford who all commentators viewed as a superior QB.

Kaslin is right. This is anti-Christian bigotry and I basically don't have much use for the NFL any more.

To not be picked up due to lack of talent, he would have to have been worse than all 32 quarterbacks and the 32+ second string quarterbacks. Are you buying that?
