It is not a hate crime if the victim is white... Damn straight, because only White people can be racist! Besides this has nothing to do with racism, this is simply about Blacks getting reparations for slavery the only way they can, by blaming and assaulting people who never had a damn thing to do with slavery. You see logic, manners and the ability to live in a normal society does not exist in the minds of feral animals!
