Drive For History
Delivering in the clutch is how stars become legends. So, who will be immortalized in Super Bowl XLVIII? Garber » A potential classic » Double Coverage » SB momentsPhoto Gallery Picks » Matchups » SB HQ »
Fawning over Manning is understandable and even good, since it bolsters the notion (fact) that he's a future Hall-of-Famer regardless of the outcome. Plus, it might be his last time in the big game.
I'm most heartened by the widespread ignorance of Percy Harvin. One of the few analysts who did comment insouciantly brushed him aside as unable to stay healthy, citing the Saints game.
It's true he hasn't played all year and will therefore be snap-limited. HOWEVER... name me a single player who WOULDN'T have gone out with a concussion after those two that Harvin took against the Saints...
My BIL got to see it take off from Boeing Field the other day - - said it was awesome!
“May the least left wing team win.”
Which one is that?
I liked the old Bronco uniforms, shirt and logo much better than the new ones (I think I still have an old Bronco shirt packed away somewhere).
It’s not IF Manning will say Omaha, it’s how many times he’ll say it.
Going to start getting ready for a party - - -I’ll be putting on my #3 Wilson Seahawks jersey :-)
Go Seahawks!
Thanks so much again for that information. I keep track of those things, but mostly with my San Diego teams, even though we now reside in Mississippi.
LOL actually the kid was kind of a loser and while this injury should have made him realize he needed to shape up and find a career, it didn’t.
He’s one of those “failed to launch” millenials bumming around in half @ssed part time jobs.
Luckily my daughter found a better guy and moved on.
ROFLOL! Chicago 75-0!
I read some predictions earlier this morning. If I had to take a guess from what I’ve read and heard on TV the sports and political talking heads are leaning Denver because of Manning.
If nothing else, a Seattle sports team is finally getting some national attention and a few kudos. Normally, the media is only interested in east coast teams, except for perhaps the 49ers and sometimes the Cowboys. They treat Seattle teams like a red-headed step-child (apologies to all redheads and/or step-children) and essentially ignore them. Granted, sometimes they’re not so great and deserve to not get much coverage, but sometimes they play better than an east coast team or one of our players has a super year, but they don’t cover them.
I’m calling it for Seattle by 3, 24-21.
Greatest run in post season history. Was #22 Tracy Porter dazed or did he give up after he got back up? Or did he look hurt and come up lame after being destroyed?

Hard to argue that a good team with a Superbowl-winning veteran quarterback shouldn’t be favored over a good team with a second-year quarterback with no playoff experience.
But, hey, there’s Joe Namath!
Just sayin’...
DITTO!
Epic Flail
I don’t know about #22 but NO #9 was on the sidelines looking like - - - did I just see what I thought I saw???
That was 1 of Beast Mode’s most AWESOME runs! Thanks for posting. The entire offense was down field with him, even our former QB, who happens to be Elizabeth Hasselbeck’s, formerly of the View now on Fox and Friends, BIL - - in fact, he was just on their show Thurs or Fri.
Wow! I sure wish Marshawn could pull off a couple of those today! Keep the Skittles flowing for him today!!
ESPN shows you how Skittles help Marshawn Lynch - - and they may help you if youre working out
That is juvenile.
