Hence all of the metal in my body. And that was just from the toll that High School sports took as age amplified the old injuries.

I wouldn’t change a thing though :) I damn sure would take back that one throw to home plate in 10th grade however.
The ball went and so did the rotator cuff.
That took a good 30 years to really come back and bite me.
