Thanks for that clarification. But looking at the slop of that immigration chart why in 2014 are the RAT media still saying there are 11-12 Million ILLEGAL aliens. Has the legal immigration process been radically sped up under this clown?

WHY DOES ANYTHING THE MEDIA SAYS HAVE TO BE CONSIDERED AS EVEN FAINTLY FACTUAL?
(Come to think about it, same question applies to the entire federal government...)
The government and the MSM are saying that the influx of illegals has reached a stasis with the number of illegals who have left, received legalization status, been deported, or who have died. It is debatable. The point is that the illegal population is not static.
