FTA: “During the course of the investigation, police learned the 44-year-old homeowner’s FOID card was expired and he was charged with one count of possessing a firearm with an expired FOID card, a misdemeanor, police said.” Unbelievable. Too bad he didn’t possess a copy of the Constitution.

As soon as I saw CHICAGO , I said to myself;
“Self, if the shooter is not black, he is in deep $hit.”
Once again, my ‘racist’ thoughts are supported by facts.

Chicago PD uses the Constitution as toilet paper. This case is a great argument for why the FOID requirement itself is unconstitutional.

Plus, I bet he gets denied a FOID after his misdemeanor conviction.
