That is a 100% accurate observation. I hated being caught in the crossfire.
There were days crossing the parking lot I hoped a car would hit me or I would have a heart attack. Any excuse not to go in there. It was a messed up period.
I love my male boss.
He didnt have a problem with my private choices regarding child bearing (my female bosses did)
He didnt play ridiculous head games.
He was direct- and if you messed up - he told you exactly why.Then he moved on& didn’t hold a grudge!
I’m so sick of witchy women demonizing men. Sure there are jerks and chauvinist pigs out there,but alot of these “ladies” should take a good look in the mirror.
