Is Schumer trying to kill the House amnesty efforts ?
No, he is confident some kind of amnesty bill will pass the House and is happily twisting the knife into conservatives. All the Dems want right now is to keep the issue alive and continue dividing the GOP.
So the Dems will take Cantors bill and the Chamber of Amnesty payola. You can take that to the bank.
I can understand that but he is risking killing the whole thing at the same time, but maybe he is happy either way.
