People... STOP chasing these fads! do EVERYTHING in moderation.
Suicide in “moderation?” Heroin in “moderation?” Just a thought...

The 1000 page Farm Bill will send us on our way,in the Senate now. Have to say , it is mostly R’s voting for it. The lobbying and omnibus bills must be stopped.

Recently, someone told me that eating lettuce and consuming calcium can cause gallstones. We. Just. Can’t. Win.
My Mom is in her upper 70s and she still smokes, since a young adult.
She gets out of breath real easy but so far no cancer, still alive in home.
My dad gave up smoking at ~ 50 and died of heart attack at 60.
I know, I know...
I never smoked. Cancer at 46.
My mother smoked. Quit at 50. She’s 71 and never had cancer. I told her maybe I should’ve smoked. ;-)
Kind of interesting how a billion stories on nutritional supplements are bad for us are seemingly simultaneously piping up. It’s as though the groundwork is being laid to outlaw them
