It doesn’t say if she was married or not. If married is her husband employed. Too little info to extract what her premium would be on the PA exchange or on any other. Regardless. The premium is unchanged, only the people paying the premium change. Either her or her neighbors will pay.

Based on the information available to me she can get a silver premium and deductible subsidized policy (in my state) for $1,000/month less than the plan her employer is offering.
