I wonder how much avoiding restaurant food contributes to the fact that I’ve since almost never been sick: maybe only two colds in fifteen years, and no diarrhea in as long.
The only time I frequent a restaurant that is NOT family owned is when I , on occasion , hit a sushi chain restaurant . They make the sushi right in front of you in a shop that is so spotless you can literally eat off the floor so no worries . We make pizza at home , etc...Save money and know what we are eating .
