“Several years ago, while I was in school, I made a sarcastic post on FR. I was reported to the university police as a member of a white supremacist organization who was planning on killing muslims. Whoever reported me saw my university email addy in my FR info and contacted the administration and university police. The police had a full investigation and I was interogated for hours. I was worried that I was going to be thrown out of school. But, they did not.”

I reposted your whole response as that is exactly what I think will happen and it's already happened to you. Once Holder puts his new “rules” in, either those rules will help him get to conservatives to shut them up or he will ignore those rules and do what he wants anyway. He won't zero in on liberal websites because they are his kind, but any other group will be suspect as “terrorists” or “threatening”. Our free speech is being attacked and yours certainly was.

Any speech, spoken or written, on radio, internet, TV, ham radio, chat room, email, or to your neighbor. Any image, graphic, drawing or other form of visual representation that is placed outside your house via internet, posters, placards etc in any of the usual media or sign holding etc.

If you whisper something in your closet you’re good. As long as no one is recording it.

In Leavenworth? Only while waiting until the sentence is carried out.

The mysterious heart attacks and car accidents are supposed to get people to agree to be monitored.

So it’s gonna be stifling is what you are saying. Oy veh , again.

I lived through the Fairness Doctrine, when talk radio was so boring until 1987. Now they want Net Neutrality, which is just another name....and now this nonsense.

I think they just want to kill millions of us and are getting frustrated since so many Americans are (heavily) armed.

So they’re trying to do whatever they can do. Knowing that once they cross a certain line, whatever that line may be, the reaction will not be to their liking.

Now he is going to commute the sentences of prisoners with low level sentences that are long, for mostly drugs. There were 8 commuted last year by him. I don’t necessarily disagree with this, but it should not be the Pres who decided who gets clemency due to his former judgments of such magnitude.
