I wonder sometimes if the UN partition of the Palestinian Mandate was not the “dividing of the land” that will bring judgment against the nations (Joel 3:2). Just because 66 years have passed, that does not mean that it was not the event that would set in motion the End Times events... God’s timing is not our timing.
Your correct of course that God perceives time very different from how we attempt to account for it, Psalm 90 deals with this also, we’re like grass cut down in the morning and withered by the afternoon, a vapor of time, and all of this could fall away and then repeat again in a similar condition if the Lord should tarry, whats that to us but to live our lives and to watch,
“When the LORD shall build up Zion, he shall appear in his glory.” Psalm 102:16
Why I believe this time is so important to consider, and is whats being referred to in scripture, is because the restoration from the required diaspora had to occur first, that is, Israel had to be restored, that is physically returned directly to the land, as promised (in so many verses it would be difficult to assemble them all)
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set his hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people . . . “ Isaiah 11:11
Then a period of time had to pass for Ezekiel Chapter 37 to complete (which is where I believe we are today) that is, a time when they would be built up, standing up with a powerful army, but still have no spirit in them, as a nation, in complete contrast to where they were as a people in WW2 Europe, as a nation brought back from the sword (of wars and rumors of war)
Its clear that at the time of the close of the age, they would then make what Isaiah records as:
“And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; . . “ Isaiah 28:18
Consider this along with the two specific conditions to count the Seventy Weeks prophecy as provided in Daniel Chapter 9, that is, for A- Israel to be restored (the people) and B- for Jerusalem to be restored (Thy holy city) then count, this occurred in A- 1948 and B- 1967, following the same pattern as the first and third sieges of Nebuchadnezzar in 606 BC (Israel) and 587 BC (Jerusalem)
This world system is attempting to undo that restoration, to prevent the times and seasons (Holy Laws and Ordinances) from finishing with the Jubilee restoration and the return of Jesus bodily to the Earth legally claiming his inheritance,
