This unholy “commission” (that has so little clout it was completely ignored by Ryan/Murray) was supposed to issue recommendations in May.....three months from now. Congress and DoD conspired to delay any public release of findings until Feb 15......so as to avoid any scrutiny before the elections this autumn.
