The guy with the CCW permit needs to make certain he takes the guy out.
True. The cops never fire less than 5 shots.
“...And the fact that you’ve got “Replica” written down the side of your guns and the fact that I’ve got “Desert Eagle point five O” written down the side of mine should precipitate your balls into shrinking, along with your presence.”
Shot in the chest is good shot placement.
Good shot placement, not enough shots.
Tsk tsk.
Yes, you're right. Two, maybe three rounds will do the trick and might avoid a possible lawsuit.
..or any chance to sue or go after the victim for shooting, because he only had a fake gun.
I see there is a new gun parts manufacturer in Michigan. (Detroit Gun Works)

“The guy with the CCW permit needs to make certain he takes the guy out.”
He did. He stopped the threat.
“Now, there’s two kinds of balls...” BTT
Well, maybe he was using a .380 or something.
No matter, he STOPPED the attack. And that is what matters.
You point a firearm at a person, I care not if it is fake, you deserve everything you get.
Point a fakey piece at a cop, and the copper will shoot you down with impunity. So why can’t a law abiding citizen?
Rule number two: Double Tap.
