Not much YOU can do about your pacemaker I guess, although I suppose you could find a surgeon who has not yet been absorbed by the Borg and ask him/her to install the “basic” model.

Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if they have managed to connect tv’s to the internet without people having to physically connect them to their computers. If I was in the Big Brother business, thats what I would do.
