He’s doing swimmingly in individual markets.
Michael himself has said that he doesn’t give a rat’s ass what happens to him in drive time — he says that his core audience is quite different from the afternoon drive audience, and frankly, I don’t think he gives three shits what people think about him.
If this afternoon drive career advances, good.
If not, so be it.
He could care less, frankly. His life is all about Teddy, some Italian Merlot and his hole-in-the-wall favorite Chinese joint in Chinatown.

At least they admit that the numbers are non scientific and yet the radio hosts and the industry report those numbers as if they are proven fact.
I can’t remember the source but I believe there was somebody who put more research into it and their conclusion was that the actual numbers are about 10 percent of those reported numbers.
If you listen to Savage for the whole two or three hours do you get counted for each half hour or hour ratings time slot?
