Am I mistaken, or does the Irvin Plant run on COAL? Pretty sure it runs on coal gasses captured at it's Clariton Coke Works and piped to the Irvin Plant.
Not sure about the reception he'll get there. I know the county commies will be out in force but many in the workforce live outside Allegheny county and none of the surrounding counties voted Dem in the last election (Pres).

last I looked, the rivers were frozen, ie. no coke barges from Clairton.
