A friend at church was telling me about this yesterday. Her 18 (almost 19 yo) daughter cannot get coverage under her family plan because the govt insists that she can apply and receive medicaid. I said something casually about how the govt has really messed things up. She agreed saying something to the effect that the Republicans wouldn’t let Obama do his original plan which is why the current plan is “all messed up”. I said I never heard that before. It must be the new meme along with “income inequality”. Heard on the radio today that “income inequality” is the reason for so many people being on food stamps. (Really, I thought it was because of our lousy president.)
