Yes, it will. I predict that eventually, probably after November 4th, he will issue an executive order directing the BATFE to enforce the California microstamping requirement on semiautomatic firearms with the intent being to make them unavailable. Just like the California legislature.
Why shouldn't he? No one in DC is standing up to him.
