Read on, because Guerena’s wife got $3.4 million in a lawsuit settlement, and I'm pretty sure the Sheriff’s department wouldn't have settled if they could have proven that Jose Guerena was involved, too. You might approve of these brutal SWAT raids on marijuana that end up putting 60+ rounds into a home with children in it, (not to mention the rounds that hit neighbors houses ) -but I'll guarantee that some day these same SWAT raids and their flippant excuses for them will also be used to raid your homes for any weapons you may own, or were suspected of owning... got any Ar-15's?
