I haven’t seen any well-thought out plan for what it would take to roll it back (while replacing it with something more workable). Surely, it can be done.

Going back to “business as usual” is NOT going to cut it, though. We were clearly on an unsustainable path BEFORE Obamacare.

Whatever plan is put on the table, the one element that will need to be addressed is the millions who enrolled under ACA for Medicaid...

That cat cannot be put back in the bag...political suicide...

Not sure of the answer to that question...

Pretty much any other part of ACA can be transferred to the states to handle...

The States can pick up enrollees who have subsidies and move them back to reg insurance plans...

In what sense? No one was denied medical treatment. The system was stable and could have functioned indefinitely.
