Paraphrased from the article in my own words...
Ohio law currently gives local schools the decision rights as to allow or not allow teachers to carry guns.
The new law being proposed would allow the schools to make that decision in private as to who can be armed.
The new proposed law would also provide liability protection for the schools if accidents occur.
