I love it when companies do not meet Wall Street expectations and come up with these excuses.

I headed up a mkt group once...I’m not amazed at the P&G “reason” ... People in mkt come up with all kinds if brainstorms. But if people “believe” this one, then the Brooklyn Bridge needs another “For Sale” sign.
