Stopped eating their sandwiches a long time ago. Their dried out, tasteless bread that smashes down to a half inch was horrible to base a sanwich shop on. Quiznos or better yet Jimmy Johns sandwiches run circles around subway. But, it makes sense for the inferior gubbmint to put their clout behind an inferior product.

There is a reason they keep pushing heating up their crap sandwiches...it softens up their old bread.
I bought one years ago,didn’t have it warmed up, picked it up to eat it and the crust literally fell apart. Never went back.
