I’ve been doing Weight Watchers, too. On line - only 26 points. It does work, however. I sneak in peanuts with my...ahem...one adult beverage every night.
I think Rush had terrible back pain. That’s one of the worst pains in the world!!! Then to have that horrible thing with his heart - horrendous. It must be the stress that gives him the occasional bouts of bad health.
On line doesn't work for me. So I go to the meetings. In fact I try to go every day. I can't hear it enough. THAT way it does work for me.

I'm on their "simple start." There is a rather large list of foods to eat, with NO portions and no calories. I can eat all I want and still lose weight. I didn't believe it until I tried it.

I would think that he would stop the stressful job. Stress is REALLY a soul killer. It's his choice...innit? I always like Rushbo. Good guy. He should go to WW too. :o) Wouldn't I just FAINT if he walked in.
