How about free health insurance?

I see no problem with free health INSURANCE. Give all the crack smokers a free policy that will pay them fifty cents when they lose their health. Just don’t give them any free health CARE which is another thing entirely. A lot of people are about to learn the difference between health care and health insurance if they don’t already understand it.
